| STUFFED TURKEY ROLLS
12 slices Turkey Breast fillets (raw)
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornmeal Stuffing Mix
Butter
Salt and Black Pepper
Prepare Pepperidge Farm Cornmeal Stuffing Mix according to package directions.
Salt and Pepper the raw turkey breast fillets according to taste.
Spread about 2 Tablespoons of prepared stuffing in center of turkey breast and roll. Place rolls, seam side down, in 9 x 13 oblong baking dish, that has been buttered or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Place balance of stuffing around the fillets and brush each on top with butter. Bake at 375 degrees approx 45 minutes.
Serve hot with turkey gravy or cranberry relish.
NOTE: you may substitute thinly sliced pork loin for the turkey |
